Leeza Shapiro is responsible for the development and maintenance of the computerized management information systems that support the Institute's criminal justice and treatment tracking systems. Prior to joining the Institute in 2002, Ms. Shapiro worked as a programmer in the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program at University of Maryland. She holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kiev Polytechnic University, Ukraine and a B.S. in Computer Science from Kiev College of Radio and Electronics, Ukraine.
